Amanda Webb – Spiderworking Hi Amanda. Thanks for sharing. I just installed Later yesterday to help me schedule my Instagram posts. Do you know if Insta looks unfavorably on these scheduling type apps?
Ella Geraghty they only allow partners to do scheduling so you’re safe with Later
Amanda Webb – Spiderworking Thanks Amanda. Fraid I was late to the party on those like apps….Always missing the boat. This is a good thing for the insta world. Will set apart the real influencers from the fake ones. I’m welcoming it.

I never drink tea or coffee only ginger and lemon tea in the morning
Enjoyed later as digital lunch! Are YouTube ads the annoying ones that come up on vids you want to play, and you use the 4 seconds before you skip them getting enraged about them holding up your viewing pleasure (usually waiting for peppa pig to come on for the kids) & swearing you will never buy the product…? If so, I’m not thinking of doing them…
Have used Facebook ads before not very successful, YouTube are sounds interesting tho
I have had some good success with you tube ads and they are so cheap
It’s later in the day .. not drinking anything lying in bed with a sleeping granddaughter:)
4 hours to go to g and t and counting .. how do I get a mug?
Sacha Liddiard a mug of g&t? Send me a DM
Amanda will do and no I would use it for coffee .. there again
FB Pixel is not a pixel (a pixel is a point of light on a screen).Calling it a Pixel was part of the deception. Should be illegal to call it a pixel. It is an invasive piece of code that spies on the contacts of the computers that use websites with the pixel on it,even if they do not have a Facebook account, and see where else the person has commented or visited or whatever (scraping profiles around the www to find the same person’s presence, and intuit their preferences through deep machine learning algorithms). it is a highly sophisticated piece of software (code), that hides 98% of what it really does. It is not just doiing analytics for you and your advertising, it is analysing 99 times more data than it gives you, for its own agendas. I would hang the pixel by the noose. No way is that code snippet going on my website store
i dont use youtube ads because my content is so Niche and unlike that of others, that they use my content to recommend to people on the homepage feed anyway so i get free advertising from youtube without need to pay. I just let their ‘recommended for you’ algorithm do the walking
love the ‘oh take knowledgie’ stanley unwinism
Amanda your ‘web talk’ is good. i also like to talk instead of making slideshow like tutorials, and let people listen to the info, and after, if they like itthey can go find out themself how to use bumper, or ads manager etc.. telling tem about the nuances and underlying issues is much more important, so your podcast/vlog is nice to listen to. Agree with some of your thoughts about various things too. I think most people who are not well trained in ad campaign management should be better hiring someone who knows what they are doing like yourself Amanda, as it is not easy to fine tune the targeted ads and get the right results. Average users cannot be expected to succeed with all the settings. One false targeting setting can mess up a whole campaign and waste of money. Setting up ads is and always will be for experts in the field. FB and YouTube making ‘admaker for dummies’ type apps won’t change that. Same goes for SEO
lets all leave FB and social networks and start revisiting single owner webmaster made personal forums like in the old days.. support blogs and bloggers by visiting them instead of finding it in an iframe on fb shares.
Instagram follower-finder bots will adapt and continue to circumvent any prevention algorithms
since i stopped spending time on instagram linked in pinterest and google plus, stopped spending hours developing and making ad campaigns and ads, and used the time to post more blog posts and products to my store, my sales doubled! Not Joking.
