There are people on Twitter looking for what you sell but how do you find them?  This week we show you how to set up search lists on Hootsuite so that you can identify potential customers.

Once you have identified people looking for your product or service you can engage them, respond to queries and hopefully provide them with what they are looking for.  In the run up to Christmas this can be an invaluable tool for marketing your gift items on Twitter.
