What is puzzling you about Facebook? What confuses you about Twitter? Do Linkedin, Youtube, Flickr or foursquare bewilder you?
Last year we asked you to send us your social media questions however small or large and it was so successful that we thought we’d offer you the opportunity to ask us again.
So tell us what you would like to know, for example:
- What size can my profile pic be for my business page in Facebook?
- I created a Facebook page but can’t find it – help!
- How do I upload a video to YouTube?
- How can I get more comments on my Facebook page?
- How do I register as a business on foursquare?
Simply leave a question as a comment below, or tweet us @spiderworking. We’ll then answer your questions here on the blog and include links to your website when we do. So what’s keeping you? Ask away 🙂

Hello . . .
Dan here from Tradesmen.ie . . . I just have 2 questions 🙂
When you don’t have content to publish on Facebook are there any other resources to use to keep Fans entertained/interested?
Also . . .
Foursquare. In a nutshell how does it work and has Ireland began to use it yet?
Thanks a million 🙂
Cheers . . .

Great questions Dan, I’ll look forward to answering them 🙂
Wow that’s a toughy! I’ll enjoy answering that one… in fact maybe that’s a Bloggertone post in the works:)
I have created a new box on my Facebook page http://www.facebook.com/WorkhouseStudios.
I am not too sure how to insert pictures into the box (my html knowledge is quite basic).
Hi Claire, good question. There are a few options available, some involving HTML and some more simple so shud make for an interesting blog post

Conor here from ERS. On B2B and Facebook. Obviously it works for large companies such as Dell, Cisco etc. But what about smaller companies? We’ve held off setting up a Facebook page as we think Twitter will be more effective. What do you think? http://www.ers.ie
Great question thankyou 🙂 It’s one we get asked quite often so it will be a good one to answer.
I’ve just added a photo album to my FB business page – doesn’t seem to be away to edit an album to add more images into an existing album? Any guidelines on best way a business can use images/albums?
Hi, just set up a facebook page for Patentnav, but I am a bit unsure about its visibility to others http://www.facebook.com/pages/Kilkenny/Patentnav/157196220984385
Is this a real a page or is it a different sort of page?

Here’s a Twitter question. Is it better to grow your following organically based on your value offering and interests or is there anything to these “TRAFFIC MAGNET, CASH GENERATING MACHINES?” Personally I believe they’re all hogwash because every one of them that follows me quits after a short time unless I follow back. I won’t follow unless I feel the person could benefit from my tweets and I could learn from theirs. There is no such thing as auto-cash; something for nothing! But maybe I’m wrong.
Hi Chuck, I’m very suspicious about those as well. I just assume they are spam. It’s never easy to make money and I fear that such things pray on the vunerable. Of course I could be wrong. If someone has a legitimate success story using one of these tools I’d love to hear it.

Hi Amanda, Is there a way of changing your wall settings on FB so that you can leave longer status updates?
It’s a real page 🙂
It’s a real page. Looks all properly set up to me 🙂
